Parenting Classes 2024-2025

The program's aim is to assist in dismantling fear, stress and anxiety that can be experienced by many women and their partner's in regards to parenting, breastfeeding, infant safety. 

Childbirth Classes 2023 - 2024

The program's aim is to assist in dismantling fear, stress and anxiety that can be experienced by many women and their partner's during pregnancy and birth. These classes will help you understand your birth options and rights; learn about labor and pre-labor signs, onset of labor, discomforts, nutrition and exercise.
